With around 50,000 people making their way to the Festival last year – you’re encouraged to find an alternative way to the Festival other than using your car. Whether it’s walking, riding your bike or catching public transport, you’ll find it much easier than getting a parking space.

This year we are intending to close the road on Festival day between Walcott and Bulwer St for a safer and more expansive festival experience. Please note that between Bulwer and St Albans Ave is a local traffic only zone.

Forrest Park will be available for parking on the day courtesy of The City of Vincent.

If you are driving from the City just follow Beaufort Street from the train station and drive towards the festival.

Catch a train to East Perth Station from Perth and walk west towards Beaufort Street.

Catch a train to Mt Lawley Station from Midland, walk down to Walcott Street, take a right up the hill past Forrest Park and you will hit the intersection of Walcott and Beaufort.

Transperth services affected by the event will be deviating as listed below specific to each route.
 
21F, 22F, 67F & 68F will travel normal route along Beaufort Street and deviate Right Bulwer Street, Left Lord Street, Left Walcott Street, Right Beaufort Street to resume normal route.
 
21T, 22T, 67T & 68T will travel normal route along Beaufort Street and deviate Left Walcott Street, Right Lord Street, Right Bulwer Street, Left Beaufort Street to resume normal route.
 
The bus stops that will be missed as a result of the deviation to services:
 21F, 22F, 67F & 68F – 12135 BEAUFORT ST after Bulwer St, 12136 BEAUFORT ST after Lincoln St, 12137 BEAUFORT ST after Chatsworth Rd, 12138 BEAUFORT ST after Harold St, 12139 BEAUFORT ST before Grosvenor Rd.

 21T, 22T, 67T & 68T – 12170 BEAUFORT ST after Clarence St, 12171 BEAUFORT ST before Broome St, 12172 BEAUFORT ST after Saint Albans Av.

 The nearest bus stops passengers can catch these services: 21F, 22F, 67F & 68F – 12134 BEAUFORT ST after Brisbane St, 12140 BEAUFORT ST before Queens Cr. 21T, 22T, 67T & 68T – 12169 BEAUFORT ST before Walcott St, 12173  BEAUFORT ST after Greenway St.

A travel easy Bulletin advising passengers registered to the affected services will receive the information directly, via email. Signage on the affected bus stops will be in place prior to the road closure times.
